Playing in the yard!!

The kids were cracking me up the other day in the yard. I had to take a few short video clips of them. The boys got out the swords and shield that they made from Cub Scout day camp last year and had fun fighting each other. I love this spring weather! We are on a 4 week count down til school is out!! We all can't wait because we leave for Florida on the last day of school this year! I have been slowly packing the kids already!

Laundry Mt.!!

Here is what the kids and I will be working on tonight!! And I still have 2 loads that we are waiting on! Things this last week have been really busy. Finalizing another Disney trip, calling on my stores to get them new bows, special orders that have come in, and still keeping up with the kids!! Oh, and when I went to Gingerbread House today they are doing a 20% off store wide sale til Saturday! I will add pictures of the Discovery Museum later when Chrys sends me some. (I forgot my camera next to the computer:(

Melanies Masquarade 30th bday party

Saturday night we went to Melanie's birthday party. We had a good time and Melanie loved all the dancing and the people that came to help her celebrate.

Maxton Quin Kenney is born!

Maxton was born on Friday at 6:55pm coming in at 6lbs 71/2 ounces and 20 inches long. He is a real cutie! I finally got to see him on Sunday night when they came home. I had so much going on and they don't let all the kids in the room so it was just easier to wait. I love the picture of him smiling!!!

Easter Morning

The kids were up so early like it was Christmas!! They first found the eggs in the house, then the baskets.

Bella was so excited to see all the eggs out in the yard for them to go and find!!

After opening the baskets we got ready for church and then hunted eggs on the yard. We let Bella have a head start since she is so little and the others are much more experienced and run faster!

Church Easter Egg Hunt

We went to 2 different egg hunts on Saturday. The first one was just ok, but Devon did a good job on the one at the church. I like how he added the yard toys in the church lawn and had the eggs hidden around them. (there were some just out int he open for the little ones to find.)

Daisy Scout Field Trip to St. Louis Friends 2 B Made store

We had a good time in St. Louis with the girls. They had got to pick out their own doll and got the Girl Scout outfit for them. They also earned a patch from the store that said Friends 2 B Made and then one to add to the dolls uniform. Here are a few pictures that I took that day.

Daisy Scouts visitor

On Monday we had Daisy scouts. We shipped out boxes to a guy named Josh that was serving in Iraq at Christmas time and he wanted to come and say thank you to the girls in person. We gathered so much stuff that we sent him two boxes. The girls had fun asking him silly questions like: "do you work in the winter", "do you work in the summer", Then questions like: "what did you sleep on", and "what was the weather". Then we got out a map and he showed the girls where we live and where he was living when he got the packages.

Nursery Duty

I was in the nursery at church and Bella and Aaron cracked me up!! Bella would hide in the green bucket and Aaron would go and find her. Then when Aaron would do it he would lay on his back and cover his head only for Bella to find him!! then were funny!!

Then The crawled under the crib and said "We are wild tigers" and would growl!

Girl Scout Father Daughter Dance!!

Moriah was so excited about going on a date with daddy that she asked me all day when she
gets to go out with daddy. Well the time finally came and she looked so pretty! Daddy surprised her with flowers and then they headed off!! After they were gone for a while I had to sneak into the dance to get a few pictures. (I didn't get many because I didn't want to be there long, and David said " what are you doing here? This is for the dads and their girls!!) So here are a few pictures that I took of the night. They had a great time dancing and did a hula hoop contest. (the guys didn't do very well from what I have been told!!) It was also cool that when Mike came home he said that he saw my bows on lots of little girls there!!!

Bella has so many stories!!

This week has been FULL of Bella stories. I just laugh at some of the things that she comes up with.

The other day she was being very mischievous and I said to her " you better stop or I am going to find a little girls bottom to spank" she thought about that for a second and replied with " I know, Moriah's Bottom!" I of course had to correct her and say that Moriah was at school and it was her that was being bad that would get the spanking.

Then last night she was sitting on the potty (I knew that she had to poop) and she would tell me "I don't have any poop in my tummy mom!" I told her that she needed to sit there still and she would get two pieces of candy if she went. Then I hear " Mommy, I made hot dog poop!!" Mike and I had to laugh!! She is so funny with what she comes up with!

I hope I made you all laugh today. I will be posting more later because Mike and Moriah have a date tonight. They are going to the Girl Scout Father Daughter dance. Daddy has flowers for her, but she doesn't know yet. She has asked all day when she gets to go out with dad!!
