School holiday party!

Today I had to count magazine orders that were turned in at school and then help out in Isaiah's Class party this morning.

We read a book about a pumpkin and related it to the Bible. (title is "The Pumpkin Gospel") it was really cute and fun. It was said how the pumpkin guts are like the sins, and that we had to remove all the sin from the pumpkin and put Jesus' light inside to shine, just like he shines in us! I have a could of pictures coming of the kids digging out the guts and of the class with the pumpkin when we were done. It was a lot of fun!

I've been Boo'd!!

This year we went out and boo'd 6 of our neighbors. The kids really like to do this with me. We packed up the gift bags and headed out. As of this morning we have been boo'd back 2 times!! This has been a bunch of fun for the kids they think it is great that we have been boo'd this year!

(I do have a picture but the camera is dead and I need to get new batteries before I can add them)

Scarecrow day!

Bus Driver...... Move that BUS!!

Ok, so not quite yet! We did a destination Unknown trip with the kids and my family on Sunday after lunch. We headed over to Pekin (about 40 minutes away) to check out the Extreme Home Makeover house that is being done. Ty wasn't there on Sunday but there were a few other designers there. The house is up and they were working on the landscaping some and a few things inside. They still need to paint and do the floors. The family will be back on Tuesday afternoon , they went to Disney World! Pictures coming soon, I am waiting on Kallie to get them to me, my camera has been broke for a few months now!

Fancy Nancy

Meghan had a Fancy Nancy Birthday party on Saturday and here is a picture of Moriah all dressed up to go! The invite said to dress fancy! I think she had that covered pretty well don't you?

Baby Oscar

Ok so I have been asked by a few people (mostly Kristy) wanting to see pictures of Cynthia's little man Oscar and here he is. He is one month old already!! Wow that went by fast!I love this of baby and Cynthia

Gail's Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

I went on Isaiah's and Moriah's pumpkin patch field trip. We had a great time.

They got to go out in the field and see the pumpkins growing and pick a gourd from the field, ride in the train, make a craft, have a story time, and play in the little play area with a maze. The last thing was getting to pick out a pumpkin to take home. We had a great day!

How much do you think we spent?

This is a couple of pictures of our shopping trip to Sam's Club. We filled the back and the back seat. (also under the back seat) We are set for food for a couple of months, with the exception of milk and eggs, But the big question is how much do you think we spent?
