Christmas through the Eyes of a Child

This is a slide show of some of Moriah's pictures that she took with her camera on Christmas and a few days after! She is so funny, I was laughing at some of the picutres that she took of the stuff around Grandma Kathy's house and in her room!! I hope you enjoy these. Have a safe and happy New Years Eve!

Disturbia!

I just wanted to take a break from taking down Christmas Decorations. So Hi there everyone!! Last night as I was making my 100th Valentine bow, Mike and I watched "Disturbia"! What a movie. I suggest to rent this if you haven't seen it already! (if you like scary movies that is! It isn't that scary, but you do sit on the edge of your seat!)

Well, I have the upstairs all back to normal. Although it looks really bare now with out the Cmas stuff everywhere. I still have everything up downstairs because I am hosting Christmas with my Dad's side of the family on Sunday. I know it is late, but when your family decides to go to Florida the week before Christmas you don't have a choice! (hahaha)

I haven't heard from may of you since Christmas so I can't wait to hear what you did, how your kids reacted to their stuff and how are you going to ring in the New Year! Talk to you again soon!

Merry Christmas Eve!

I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to all!!! This has been a busy week! Last night the kids (all but Bella) spent the night at the Kenney's house for the annual kids Christmas party! Mike and I went to the show to see the new Will Smith movie, and today we have been working hard getting things ready for Mike's Mom and Craig to come over for Christmas and then we head to our church for the Christmas Eve service.

Church Today!

Today at church we surprised Skeet and Cindy (our minister and his wife) with a gift from the whole church family. We got him a 16x24 canvas of his entire family!! Several families put money in to get them a new updated family picture. With 6 boys, 3 married, 3 still at home, and 2 new grandsons they needed this!! So needless to say they were SHOCKED and LOVE the picture. From what I have already been told, they had the picture sitting on the piano looking for a good spot for it to be hung!! (you could tell that he was very touched!)

Church Christmas Play

So last night we went to our Church Night of True Christmas play. We enjoyed it very much, my sister Amie and her kids joined us. It snowed alllllllllll day yesterday, when the play ended the hign was was all snow packed! (very slippery) And just to think that I have to delivery newspapers in the morning with all the snow was crazy!!! (only doing this because my niece is in Florida enjoying the sunshine while we are stuck here in the cold 18 degree weather) This is a picture of Bella on the front porch before we leave for the play.

Ice Storm

These are a few pics that I took of the ice on the School playground last week. What wild weather we have had!!
