Key Lime Cove part II

Here are a few more pictures from our trip to Chicago. I didn't get many pictures of the water park because I was always in the water with Bella!

They had a balloon artist in the lobby one day so we went and got some balloons done for each of the kids.

Key Lime Cove part 1

First things first, Hit the water!! The kids are having a great time in the water!! Bella likes the lazy river the best! So we go around and around that together. (she hates the water being dumped on her head or even sprinkled by the guns!!) Moriah was NOT wanting to go down the slides she was scared, but we finally get her to try it and now she loves them!! The boys have been hanging out together (except when Zack goes down some of the big slides, Isaiah doesn't want to do those with Zack so we are waiting for daddy to get here to go with him!!)

It is pretty cool how you open your door to your room and charge everything to your room with your wristband. (it reminds me of the cruise with the cashless cards!)

I took the boys to play in the arcade while the girls went to a Fancy Nancy tea party. Here Isaiah hit the jackpot on the game!!

They are listening to a Fancy Nancy story before they have the tea and cookies. Our girls were all dressed up in the tutus and looked really fancy!! Everyone at the resort thought they looked great!!!

Time for some ice cream!! We were all amazed with one of the ice creams you could order. it was called "the Kitchen sink". (someone told me about this before I think it was Kristy!!) it was a sink filled with 24 scoops of ice cream (all different flavors) covered with whipping cream, 2 ice cream sandwiches, choc. syrup, strawberry syrup, and sparkler candles!! It was crazy!! A crazy 60.00 dessert!!

Last day of School!!!!

I went to school with the kids today for the school picnic. we played water games outside and had a good time!! Zack ended up with straight A's (so now he will get his bald head like Uncle Troy. He has wanted that forever, and daddy told him that he gets it with out running it by me first!! Oh well at least it will grow back!!) Isaiah did well with his report card and so did Moriah!! they all pasted and are moving up to the next grade!!

Zack's field trip to New Salem

Yesterday we went to New Salem for Zack's field trip with the 4th grade class. Here are the kids that were in my group. They all wanted the hats (the girls did anyway!!) I almost got one for me to wear on Halloween because all my kids call me maw! I thought my sisters would laugh about that!!

Update on life the last week or so...

Life has been soooooo busy!! I have finished up with Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Cheerleading, and almost have school done with the kids!! (last day is Friday) This last week I had a bow party that went really well, I got another cheer squad of 24 cheerleaders to get done. I also have been very productive with bows this week. My hubby rolled and baked LOTS of ribbon for me this weekend. While Mike got that done I worked on getting more bottle caps ready for bows and made a bunch of new summer prints up.
Today we went to Katie's for a cookout. yum yum!! After spending time with the family we came home and made some more bows and finished a movie with Mike.
As far as this week goes I have an appt. with one of my stores on Tuesday, a field trip with Zack this Thursday, and then the school picnic on Friday!

There you have it a boring update of what I have been up to. Now back to watching Reba with Mike.

My Birthday!

I celebrated my Birthday Wed. with Mike, Thursday with my mom, and on Sunday with my family!! Wed. Mike and I went to the Dr. and out to lunch at Lone Star (we had gift cards for there), but the day wasn't all happy!! I was told by my Dr. that I couldn't go to Florida!! :( He said since I have had 4 kids already and one was a c-section I needed to stay closer to home! So with being completely bummed out, we came home to the kids and Mike went to Wal-Mart to get cards for me and a gift for my birthday. Here are a few pics of me with my kids on my birthday!

Cub Scout trip to the Bowling Alley

Isaiah had a trip to the bowling alley so he could earn a bowling belt loop for scouts. It was pretty cool getting to go back in the back and see how the pins set up each time.

Daisy Trip to the Fire Station

For our last Daisy Scout trip we went to the Fire Station and had a tour. It was interesting since I haven't done that since I was a kid. I didn't know that the city didn't supply any food for them to eat there. (that is a long shift for 24 hours that you would have to take all of your own food too!)

After the fire station we went to Dairy Queen for an ice cream cone and handed out our patches that the girls earned.

Mother's Day

On Mother's Day we went to Jefferson Street Christian Church for Maxton's baby dedication. So before we went to church the kids gave me cards and Mike took a picture of me with the kids! Can you tell I get the kids ready for church first!

Mother's Day tea in Moriah's class

I got to go to school with Moriah to celebrate Mother's Day. We made bracelets for eachother (mine said mom and then I put Moriah's name on hers), we had punch and turnovers, and got to play games. It was fun!!

Who else can say that Cinderella was with them all day?

Today Bella has been Cinderella since the kids went to school. We went to Wal-Mart, Hallmark, Jake's furniture, and to the school. She played outside today too, helped mom plant the flowers we bought and have enjoyed the weather!!

State Cheerleading Competition

Yesterday was the last competition for Moriah to do for Cheerleading. They came in First place for their division. After the competition was over we headed to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Tuesday we have pictures for the squad and then we are COMPLETELY done with Cheerleading!! yeah!!! In this first picture the dude walking by is blocking my Moriah!!

She has such a cheesey smile here, but she was excited!!
