Busy Day!

today I feel like I have gotten sooooo much accomplished! i have been up since 4;30. I nursed my baby girl, and then headed down to my ribbon/scrapbook room and cleaned it!! I had ribbon all over the place. It is now cleaned scrubbed up the carpet, steamed it, and Cloroxed the room! Now I can move my new embroidery machine down and get it all set up so I can play with it some more! (yeah!!) Then i ordered a bunch of Valentine ribbon that should be here this weekend. I am on a roll today. Dinner is in the crockpot, I made a cake, and I will be working on some Valentine bows this afternoon while watching a movie with the kids!! I love Christmas vacation with the kids!

We had a great day. The kids were up at 6:30ish and went down to see what Santa brought. They didn't wake us up until 7;ooam though. mike and I just laid in bed listening to them talk to each other about what was in the stockings. The boys were up first went down looked around and then went and woke up the girls! So funny!! After opening at home we went to my mom and dad's house for our brunch and to see what Santa left out there. We left mom's around 6ish to come home to open our stockings and to sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and talk about what Christmas means to us. We ended on a great note and I am so thankful for such a great family!

Chuck E Cheese Trip

Here is Ellia sitting on all the tickets that the kids have won. We have saved up all our tickets from the last few trips and the kids were able to get a big kick ball that was 12.99 if you bought it out right. they had a blast. We love our good value that we get when we go (we take our own cups for free soda and always have a coupon for tokens. It helps that they get tokens for every holiday too!)

Sherman Christmas lights

Tonight after dinner and dropping off bows to my store in Sherman we decided to drive by and see the lights we have heard so much about. (my kids and Mike drove to see them one time when I was working and they wanted to show me) Ellia was in awe by the lights; her little eyes couldn't catch it all. They even had a radio station that you could tune into and listen to Christmas songs with the lights twinkling.

Ellia is 4 months old!

Ellia turned 4months on the 4Th of December (her golden birthday, hahaha) She is getting so much more fun now.
  • she laughs
  • can grab her toys
  • rolls from her back to her belly
  • follows mommy with her eyes when I leave the room
  • and recognizes voices of mom and dad and the kids
