Busy Remodling the Basement!

ok so if you wanted to know where I have been, I have been hanging out in the basement!! We are finishing some of the rooms off because of Emilie's Boyfriend staying with us this summer. So here were are hard at work. And for those of you who don't know the curly haired guy is Les Em's boyfriend!
These were really cute! The kids are helping mommy smooth out the bubbles in the flooring! They thought it looked fun so they grabbed rags and started in on the floor.

St. Louis Zoo

The kids were out of school last wed-Fri so I took them to the St. Louis Zoo on Friday, so we packed a picnic lunch and headed down there with some friends from Zion.

After eatting we headed to the Zoo to check out the animals. Isaiah and Zack couldn't wait to see the penguins and Moriah wanted to see the Zebras. Here are a few pictures of the kids with the animals.

Moriah with her Zebras!

The boys watching the penguins swimming!

I loved watching them find all the butterflies on the chart!

This is a video clip of the penguins. I had to take one because the kids thought they were really cool!

NEW RETAILER

Monday morning I went to Bloomington and met with a guy that owns the Cookie Cutters there and he bought some bows!!! I was very excited to have a new retailer!! I now have 2 stores in Bloomington/Normal, 1 in Springfield, 1 in Sherman, 1 in Lincoln and 1 Internet store (plus myself!!) While in Bloomington I stopped into the Gingerbread House and they did a refill order! So I had a great day!!

Joseph and the Dream Team Xtream

Ok so last night the kids had their performance at Jefferson Street Christian Church. First was Moriah singing some really cute songs and of course I think she was the cutest one up there. I just love the second picture of her, She was singing a wiggle and giggle song and then they would freeze. She loves to dance and so I wish I would of had more room on my camera for it, but she was the best dancer and had the cutest little freezes.

Zack did a really good job at his part too! He had a couple of solo parts in some songs and played Jacob, Joseph's dad. Noah and Taylor were also in the performance. I guess I will have to upload the pics later Blogger is having problems with them right now!!

Reasons to see the Movie Alvin and the Chipmunks by Zack Prather

"1. It's funny 2. it has music 3. it has chipmunks that talk

Everybody has to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. There are three reasons why you need to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. The first reason why you need to see Alvin and the Chipmunks is it's funny. It is funny because Alvin has gas in Davis' face. The second reason you need to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks is the music. The music is so good you want to dance. The third reason why you watch Alvin and the Chipmunks is that it has talking chipmunks. If you hear Simon talk to Dav the first time it is funny and you can not find talking animals. In Conclusion these are good reasons to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks."

When this paper came home from school I just laughed and wondered what does his teacher think of him??!!!!!! Anyway he is only in third grade so I am sure she gets funny things all the time!

Moriah got a new outfit!

Thanks to Kristy, I went to Gymboree Thursday and got Moriah a couple of new outfits! She really likes the ice cream cones on the pants. (and it is a great cozy outfit!) It is nice to get a couple of new things to wear for spring! oh, and Bella just wanted to be in the picture too!

Friends from Kentucky!

I just want to say thanks for stopping by to see us on your visit to Illinois. We enjoyed your company and the girls had a good time too!

GOT BOWS?

Yes she needs a pair of RuffleButts under the dress! I didn't get them out yet!

I had this dress made for Bella to wear and show off the bows that mommy makes for her. When I get more money I will get one for Moriah too! (one at a time)
Mommy has a shirt that says Babyations across the front of it.

Bella in Emilie's Dress!

I just love this dress on my Bella!! This was one of my little sisters dresses (she is now 18!)! I think she looks so princess like! Just want to share. In the last picture she is twirling!
