Christmas Day!!

WE had such a good morning at home opening presents. We took our time. The kids woke up at 4am but were told to go back to bed by Mike. here is Ellie's pile of stuff from Santa and Mom and Dad. And then this is Zack's!! Yes he got an Ipad from Santa!! (I think santa put it in the wrong pile and should of been in Mom's! hahaha)

I got an iPhone!! so it was an Apple Christmas in our house!! I didn't get Mike anything apple though, I guess I didn't get the memo from Santa or Mike!! hahah

Then the girls LOVED the aprons I had Jeanne make for them. They are soooo cute!!

Ellie finally woke up around 9 to join us! She saw her baby first and wanted her out!!!

And Ellie loves to have her hair brushed. if she finds one she will bring it to you and turn around so you can brush her hair!

Zack with one of his movies he got. We joined the Disney Movie club and so the kids got lots of movies for Christmas!!!

Even Ellie likes the iPad. She watches Blues Clues on netflix!

the boys are playing Risk!Even electric blankets were a hit with the girls!! The boys want them next year!And Christmas wouldn't be complete without Aunt Becky's pumpkin bread!!! yumall tuckered out. She fell asleep watching Blues Clues snuggled in her blanket mommy made her for Christmas!

Christmas Eve!

Here are my girls on Christmas Eve. they were so cute all dressed up and with their hair all curled.

Christmas Eve dinner: I made a spiral ham, salad, finger jell-o, rolls and more!! It was really yummy!

Bella had to paint Grandma's nails before we went to Church. Oh, and it snowed all day long!! It was so pretty!!!

Christmas at Mom's house

Ellie got a Mickey that dances and sings. She was so scared of him it was actually funny. Ellie also was very interested in making sure everything was thrown away. (and I mean everything!!) yeah this is her reaction to mickey!

Zack was pretty happy with his new DS games and Legos. He got the White House Lego set to build. Cubs slippers, wii game, and Peanut chess set.

Bella turned into a big Polly Pocket set! hahaha

She is so happy with her cozy robe, pj's, Polly pockets, and barbies.

Isaiah got lots of baseball stuff. Batting helmet, Cubs watch, Cubs slippers, pjs, ball cards, ball card holders and a pricing book.

The girls got a couple together gifts: AG trundle bed set, and Easy Bake oven.

Ethan and Nicole were surprised with their gift from us. What newlywed couple wouldn't want some food? They got cereal, Oreos, Lemon cookies, Frango mints, and more.

Troy and Jantina got the girls each a princess playset.

Moriah was very happy with her easy bake oven, Barbies, CD player, body spray, and some AG clothes.

Mike got his Keurig coffee maker and a new sweater. I got a kitchen aid mixer, Mickey Mouse figurine, socks, tootsie rolls, and a couple ornaments. it was a great night!!

Snow Day!!

Sunday it snowed and it blew, and it was COLD!! So the kids had a great time bundling up to go play out in it! and they had a snow day from school on Monday too. We made ornaments together, played games, and had a good time in the warm house. (ok, the kids had to go out and play, but I stayed in with Ellie it was too cold for her!)

Night of True Christmas

Every year my our church does a Christmas play. Before the play starts the choir sings a few songs. Moriah was asked to sing a solo this year (she sang "All is Well") She looked soooooooooo pretty singing.
Then for the play Mike and Zack were both in it. This kept the Prather family VERY busy since October and I am so happy it is over and I have my family back!!! (it was 3 nights of performing so it was a huge undertaking)

So, I haven't been strangled by a huge amount of ribbon. although I have felt that way for over a month!! I loved this dress when I bought it for Bella and was excited to put it on Ellie. I like it because it was a different color and the little sheep were so darn cute!! I told these pictures to rotate and they didnt!! (so upsetting!!!!)

The girls Pampering Dad

I just got done painting the girls nails and when dad came home they asked him if they could paint his nails. And he was a good daddy and sat and got his nails done. He walked around Wal-Mart, and the pizza place with them painted!!! (we were out of nail remover so he had no choice) hahaha!!
