My Girls!

Ok so I couldn't resist taking pictures of the girls today. They are sooo funny. Moriah got a new outfit for summer and loves it so she has her turtle top, shorts, bows, and panties on she wanted to match all over!! then to top it off she has her princess crown and a pink bead braclet on!! What a ham!!

Then you have Bella. She is wearing her favorite, Elmo outfit and carries her little Elmo everywhere. Today she was having elmo slide on the slide!! Can you say silly girls?!!

Schools out, Schools Out, Teachers let the monkeys out!!

The school picnic was on Friday and I am soooo happy!! They had a great year and did really well on their report cards so they got a Schools Out surprise. The boys have wanted the Wedgits on wheels so they got that and Moriah got a Dora Truck with a pony.waiting with their eyes closed!

And then you have this cute little angel. She was playing with her babies in her bed when I took this.

Princess Birthday Party

the Birthday Girl!

Here are a few pictures from Siera's Birthday party we went to on Friday night. It was a lot of fun. The girls went all dressed up and ready to party. Chrys make a castle cake for the party and Melanie (th mom) and her good friend Ginny dressed up too for the occasion. (Belle and Cinderella) They looked great!they are getting crowned princesses!

Bella had a great time! She thought that she was a big girl. And the last picture is of Bella passed out on the couch. She didn't want to get her jammies on so I let her stay in her tutu and she slept in it allllllllll night!

Zack's Class field trip

We had a great time at the field trip. They liked to pose together as a group so I got a few group shots!! And of course mommy had to make him a cute lunch bag too!

This was the name of Moriah's Pre-k party today. The teacher makes the Alligator cake it was so cute!! Then after the cake we got to play with the letter people puppets! We mad the alphabet and then we made it silly and moved to different places!

Now tomorrow I get to spend that day with the 3rd grade class in Bloomington at the zoo and then ISU.

My Birthday!

So Wednesday was my Birthday and Mike took me to Bloomington. First we had to buy some carpet and a bed so that wasn't too much fun. Then we went to a scrapbook store which I am going back to on Sunday to scrapbook at with the girls!! We ate at Outback Steakhouse for supper (yum yum), and went to Kohl's and I got a new swimsuit! So the scrapbooking store was the Highlight of the day!!these are there "Go Green" bags. If you buy it for 3.00 you get a dollar off each time you go back and use it! I figured that was a great deal!! I could go and pick up a few things everytime I am in bloomington.

Cookie Cutters plus photo shoot!

This was a fun day!! Chrys and I took the kids to get their haircut at Cookie Cutters. We had been talking about how the kids needed haircuts and this came up. 10% of the proceeds went to the Children's Hospital in Peoria for the haircut, PLUS we got a small photo shoot. They are using some of the pictures for a head shot book for the hair place to show different styles. I tried to sneak a pic in of Moriah when she was getting pics, but it didn't turn out so well. the first one is Bella after her pictures. She finally got her sucker!

OK so here is the cool thing!! Take a look at her blog and you will see our friend Aaron!! he is the only boy in the 4 pictures from the Tuesday session. (on blue) May 16th post. Moriah's Pre-K program and Graduation

Monday night was Moriah's program. She did really good!! She knew all the words to the songs. Here are a few pictures from that night.

Happy Mother's Day!!

Thank you to all my friends that sent me Mother's Day wishes! My kids did not want to take a picture with me!:( Oh, well I can tell them one day how they were stubborn!! We had a great day; I got breakfast in bed, we went to church and Mikes mom and Craig joined us and then we came back home to have lunch with them. (It was a yummy lunch too!!) My kids made me cards and crafts at school this week so that was nice and on Wednesday (my Birthday) Mike is taking me to Bloomington to buy a bed for Les to sleep on starting next week, and to take me to eat!! (I get to go buy some new clothes too with my birthday money!!) I hope everyone had a great Mother's day. Enjoy the rest of it!!

Field Trip to Decatur Childrens Muesum

I got to go with Moriah on a field trip to Decatur yesterday and we had a great time!

Our plumber friends!

I had to take a few pictures of our plumbers. Moriah became very good friends with them. Dan is the guy that is holding Moriah. He is a family friend and was very taken by her. She liked helping him out; she would clean up after them with her little dust pan and broom and Dan even let her help out with a few simple things!! He even fed her a chocolate long john donut for lunch!! Anyway I hope we (Moriah) enlightened his life for the week that he was here because next week he has an appointment to see about his surgery for his cancer. I wish him luck with the whole process!!

May day was a busy day for us!!

We started off the day like normal getting ready for school and then the doorbell rang. We had May day flowers on the front proch from Meghan! She was really cute hiding around the corner of the house! Then once Mike left to take the boys to school the concrete guys showed up!! We weren't expecting them to be here til next week, so we were excited!! So here are a few pictures of the guys digging out our sidewalk and driveway.

And yes they dug the whole sidewalk out by hand!! What a job!!

Ok so the next picture isn't the best, but Zack tried to get a picture of me getting Bella's handprint.And this picture is missing a hand I know, but when you have a child that doesn't like fingerpaint and to get all messy this is what you get, a missing child!! The penny in the middle is dated 2008 for the year we got the driveway and sidewalk done (I couldn't find a 2006 in time to put the year we moved in)
We also were surprised around lunch time we had another doorbell ring and it was more flowers!!! This time from Taylor!! Thank you little ones for the pretty flowers, now I need to get my flowerpots out and put them on my front porch!!
